Our Story
At the time of our launch, we started off as a third-party distributor through our partnership with Samsung, in which we provided customers security options, consequently resulting in the birth of our very own SOLTECH Security website. Ever since our humble beginnings in 2009, we have constantly pondered over the same question, “How can we oblige our customer' wants and needs?”
Our mission
Our mission is to offer the highest level of customer service. A mission that does not exclusively entail responding to customer inquiries and providing satisfactory customer experience, it also means that we want to offer items that serve the practical everyday life needs as well.
