At the time of our launch, we started off as a third-party distributor through our partnership with Samsung, in which we provided customers security options, consequently resulting in the birth of our very own SOLTECH Security website. Ever since our humble beginnings in 2009, we have constantly pondered over the same question, “How can we oblige our customer' wants and needs?”

 We went on to create our customized Samsung packages and continue to

reflect on the idea of how we can make the buying experience a simple and easy one.

We’ve managed to come this far by responsibly catering to the needs of customers,

rather than exasperating them with a sales-first mindset, with consumer interests and

customer experience at our highest priority. Our story continues with the future in sight

and the potential made possible by our dear customers.

Our mission is a difficult one despite its obvious simplicity: to offer the highest level of

customer service. A mission that does not exclusively entail responding to customer inquiries and providing satisfactory customer experience, it also means that we want to offer items that serve the practical everyday life needs as well.

Since 2014, SOLTECH has not only been a distributor or third-party seller, but also, a

manufacturer that imports and produces high quality items catered to the needs of

everyday people. Simply put, our mission is our customers, and our ultimate goal is their

satisfaction.
